The doctoral program in accounting is dedicated to cultivating highly qualified accounting talents who can research and solve practical problems in domestic and international research institutions, as well as in government, large state-owned enterprises and capital market-related institutions.

Faculty

All faculty members hold doctoral degrees, and ten of them obtained their doctoral degrees abroad. In addition to the regular faculty, there are also several overseas distinguished special-term professors and visiting professors.

Curriculum

Our program's curriculum is designed to be at the forefront of internationalization. In addition to basic courses, students will research specific topics under the supervision of their professors. Through their courses and a thesis writing training, students will develop strong independent research skills.

In terms of research methodology, empirical and normal research go hand in hand, and the school advocates the application of modern empirical and analytical research tools.

Placements

Our doctoral graduates can show their talents in different fields. Some alumni have entered famous universities in China, such as Sun Yat-sen University, Renmin University of China, Nankai University, Tianjin University, Central University of Finance and Economics and the University of International Business and Economics, and some have found employment in large financial service institutions such as banks, government departments and large enterprises.
