曹泉伟博士是清华大学特聘教授，美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学斯米尔商学院金融系教授。他的主要研究领域包括金融衍生产品市场、风险管理、市场微观结构、共同基金等。他撰写了许多学术文章，这些文章曾出现在许多出版物包括Journal of Financial Markets, Journal of Futures Markets, Financial Analyst Journal, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Research, Review of Derivatives Research, Journal of Business and so on.等等。
